Fibreglass Flat Roofing

Never worry about a leaky felt roof again!!

Simply the best way to ensure that you don't get any leaks on a flat roof is to replace the old felt with fibreglass.

Why is it better?

There are many answers to this question, but mainly because it is waterproof and it will outlast traditional felt by many years we have no problem in providing a 25 year guarantee for this product.

Are their any down sides for a fibreglass roof?

For the customer no, however the installation requires that the weather conditions to be dry for the duration of the job.

What is involved in the installation?

Fibreglass must be laid on a suitable sub-roof i.e. Ply or sterling board. So if your old flat roof is based on chipboard, it must be renewed with ply or sterling. This is not as bad as it sounds, considering that your old leaky flat roof will have absorbed a fair bit of moisture and would have to be replaced anyway.
